Cube 8 has sold 85% of its units since its private preview which began last Friday. In just one weekend, all the one- and two-bedroom apartments have been sold. Singaporeans made up the majority of the buyers this time round. Permanent residents and foreigners mainly from the region, India and Europe bought 25 per cent of the units.
This 36-storey freehold development consists of 177 units of one- to four-bedroom apartments and sky villas, ranging from 560 to 3,229 sq ft in size. The prelaunch price was at an average of $1,250 psf. The developer, City Developments Ltd (CDL), is targeting a marginal increase of two to three per cent in price for subsequent release.
